ABOUT FEEL BETTER PRESS
This Started With Me Being Stuck
I was overthinking everything. My mind wouldn't stop. It spiraled from one problem to the next, and I couldn't sleep because my brain was just... full. Every issue felt urgent, every worry felt unsolvable.
What I realized was this: I didn't understand what was happening in my own head.
And I couldn't find solutions because I was too busy drowning in problems.
The Gap Nobody Talks About
There's this space between feeling terrible and going to a therapist. It's where most people are: struggling, confused about what's actually going on in their minds, not knowing where to start.
I didn't need someone to tell me I had a problem. I needed someone to help me understand it. To make sense of the spiraling. To find the tools to break the cycle myself.
So I created Feel Better Press.
What These Tools Actually Are
These aren't therapy. I'm not a therapist, and I'm not pretending to be one.
These are self-help guides built on the belief that you're capable of understanding your own mind. That you can find your own solutions. That before you spend months on a waiting list or hundreds on therapy, you deserve tools that help you explore what's happening inside your head.
The journey of finding yourself—really understanding why you overthink, why you can't sleep, why your mind won't switch off—that's where the real shift happens.
What I Believe
Everyone deserves to escape their own minds. Not by avoiding problems, but by understanding them and finding solutions.
You should feel welcome here. You should feel heard. You should feel like there's finally a tool that doesn't judge you, doesn't overcomplicate things, and actually helps you understand what's going on.
The future is waiting for you. Not stuck in what's happening right now, but looking forward to what's possible.
This Is a Journey
These tools aren't a quick fix. They're a journey of self-discovery where you get to answer your own questions and find your own way forward. Some days you'll use one exercise. Some days you'll revisit a chapter because something clicked differently.
That's exactly how it should be.
I built these because I needed them. Because I know what it feels like to be trapped in your own mind. And because I believe you're more capable of understanding yourself than you think.
Welcome. I'm glad you're here.
